Information about classes will be posted soon. See the WLCU Calendar of Programs & Events for days and times of Arabic Classes for children & adults at the WLCU-Edmonton Office.

To register for Arabic classes, please contact the WLCU.

If you or your child is registered for an Arabic Class, you may choose from one of the following options for making payment:

• Personal cheque or cash delivered to the WLCU-Edmonton Branch office during office hours (*do not send cash through the mail*)
• A personal cheque mailed to the WLCU-Edmonton Branch office
• Secure online payment via PayPal:

Arabic Language Teacher

WLCU-Edmonton is hiring an Arabic language teacher. Teaching experience is an asset. Applicant should be comfortable in introducing variety of material utilizing computer and audio visual equipment to keep the classes interesting for the students.

Passport Services

As there is no Lebanese consulate in Alberta, the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants and the Lebanese Embassy in Ottawa has authorized Nizar Ali (WLCU past-president) as an Official Witness for fingerprints and to assist in the preparation of Passport applications.

Through this service, local Lebanese emigrants can apply for or renew Lebanese passports. This is done at no additional charge to the applicant over and above the fees that are required by the Lebanese Embassy to process passport applications.
